Check out the Achy Breaky Hearts at Z for Zombies

Don't worry. There's no country music involved...at least not yet anyway. Zach S. from Z for Zombies has put together a blogathon of tear-jerking stories of heartbreak from your favorite bloggers. Tales of sorrow and despair can be found here, as bloggers share some of their biggest film disappointments. Because Zach is an incredibly awesome human being, he asked me to participate. What film did I write my Dear John letter to? Check it out.

And while you're there, find out why Zach is really an awesome human being (it actually has nothing to do with me, I lied). If the banner alone doesn't sell you, I don't know what will! Maybe this uber cute bear....

  2. Before I comment, I'd like to say I really enjoy your blog. It has kept my occupied during the down periods at work lately!

I'm going to admit that John Carpenter's "Cigarette Burns" is still sitting on my conscience and I watched that when it came out. I am suspicious of Martyrs and feel that I would regret watching it.

  3. Hello there - I just discovered your site and promptly followed it. I just wanted to drop by to say how much I'm enjoying it. You might find something of worth in my own blog The Celluloid Highway http://sonofcelluloid.blogspot.com/

    Hope to see you there!

  5. Rhiannon, Glad to see you around. Thanks for the compliments. It makes my day to hear things like that. :) And Cigarette Burns definitely got to me. The one image in my head is the decapitation in front of the camcorder. Martyrs is much much more difficult than Cigarette Burns...I have a simultaneous feeling that I'm glad I saw Martyrs as well as feelings of regret. Haha.

Shaun, Thanks for all the kind words! Off to the highway!
