I just heard that Wrong Turn 3 has finished shooting. The plot involves prisoners vs. mutant rednecks. How can that go wrong? The second film was the surprise of the century, as its poster does not tell you how thoroughly enjoyable it was. Henry Rollins acting like Rambo. Girl getting cut in half vertically. Let's hope the third delivers.

I am not sure how thrilled I am about the idea of this being “CON AIR meets WRONG TURN”, though. On the other hand, a lot of horror movie series hit their stride at about part three (Nightmare on Elm Street, Hellraiser, Slumber Party Massacre, Candyman, et cetera). Yeah... Part 3s are usually pretty good. I'm sold.

Wow! That's great news. I didn't like the first one, but the second one ranks pretty damn high on my horror register (coincidentally I used the "girl cut in half vertically" as an example a couple of days ago of "good gore").

Im with GGG, the first one was bland but they really hit their stride in the second once they stopped taking the series so damn seriously. If 3 is anything like 2 and nothing like Feast 2 or 3, Im all in
